The Women of PLT Bursary is open to students in their first or second year of a Powerline Technician Diploma with a registered college in Ontario. The recipient will receive $1000 towards the cost of tuition, made payable to the educational institution.

Applicants are required to submit an essay of 1000 words or less, describing the benefits of a diversified workforce to Canada’s electricity sector.

All applicants must be registered in full-time Powerline Technician program in the province of Ontario. Students are to be enrolled in a Powerline Technician program and attending school in the Fall 2019 and / or Winter 2020 semesters. Applicants are asked to apply only once. This bursary is open to all genders.
